FMS Photo A Day – I Made This

While the smell of baking bread is one of my favourites, I had never got around to getting someone to teach me or the bravery to attempt it on my own. A friend of mine once brought home made buns to a volunteer work party and I admit I was greedy, gobbling them up. I asked her if she would share the recipe if it wasn’t too difficult and ended up arranging an afternoon of baking at her place with a few other volunteers.

While I will need some practice in forming the buns and loaf, they still tasted so wonderful and a wonderful sense of accomplishment of having finally tackled this from my “To Bake/Cook” list.

Tray buns and bread from scratch! 1-Butter, sugar, flour, salt 2-Add eggs 3-Addition of yeast mixture and more flour. Let rest. 4-Rise. 5-the loaf has risen! 6-finished Loaf ย 7-formed rolls 8- risen rolls 8-finished rolls
